Carlesha earned her Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Psychology from the University of Mount Olive and then obtained her Master’s degree (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Carlesha is a member of Chi Sigma Iota, The Chi Upsilon Chi Chapter, in recognition of scholastic and professional counseling excellence. She is also a member of Sigma Alpha Pi, The National Society of Leadership and Success, and committed to furthering personal development.
In addition, she earned a degree in Biblical Studies from North Carolina College of Theology. For 20 plus years, she served as a devoted servant at her local church. Carlesha also served as an advocate in the community for the Hope 4 NC and Project Don't Wait program. She now serves as a Professional Vocational Counselor, as well as an Idiosyncratic Life Coach and Mentor. Her role is to augment awareness in minimizing the effects of cultural and social marginalization of certain groups of people in society.
